At kin., we want your home to feel just right. If a piece isn’t a perfect fit for your space, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit; items must be in unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
